• Your page MUST have to do with abuse and/or emotional/psychologically based illnesses.
• You should be a survivor of above emotional problems.
• Your page must be nicely organized.
• Your page should be informative.
• Your page CANNOT consist of only links to other pages. Because of the nature of this award you must have some information which you have supplied about yourself.
• Your page MUST have an english translation. I only speak/read fluently in english and for me to judge fairly I have to be able to read it.
• Good spelling is important but not totally inclusive.
• Please check for dead links before applying.

If you don't have all of the above qualifications you may still be eligible as long as you have the main ones and some of the rest applies.
